1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious transactions, or orders that violate our Terms & Conditions, Vaaniveda reserves the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

You may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery if:

Returns/replacements are accepted only if the product is unused and returned with:

3. Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted
We will not accept returns in the following cases:

Product returned without original packaging, labels, or freebies

Tampered or broken seals

Altered, used, or damaged products not due to transit
