Shipping Policy – Vaaniveda
At Vaaniveda, we aim to deliver your wellness products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days

Remote/Interior Locations: 7–10 working days
Delivery may be impacted due to unforeseen reasons such as weather, courier delays, or restrictions. Vaaniveda is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free or minimal charges (if applicable, displayed at checkout).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply depending on the order.
All charges (if any) will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your order’s real-time status until delivery.
If the tracking link isn’t updated after 48 hours, contact us—we’re here to help.
5. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
Delivery may fail due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer not available

Phone number unreachable

Customer refusal
If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us. Refunds for undelivered orders will follow the Refund Policy guidelines.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address:

You must request the change before the order is shipped.

After dispatch, the address cannot be modified.
7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If your package appears damaged, open, or tampered at the time of delivery:

Please do not accept the parcel.

Inform us immediately so we can assist with a replacement.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Vaaniveda ships only within India.
International deliveries will be introduced soon.
